Your perfect fit is a combination of the size of the plate and the cummerbund. For that, you will need to measure your chest and waist and can then get an ideal combination.

As the vest is completely modular, it is possible to wear any size and type of cummerbund with any size of the plate carrier.
Although both models of plate carriers bear a similar design and functional capabilities, the FRPC™ comes with a unique feature in the form of the FRS™ as well as the ROC (Tubes) system.

The EVV™ Exchangeable Vest Ventilation is a module designed to increase comfort for the operator by ventilating the body. It can be added or removed without diminishing the defensive capabilities of the plate carrier and only adding comfort to the operator.

The LPC™ is designed to work with all SAPI/ESAPI type, or Shooters cut plates. However, we recommend using STA (Stand Alone) type plates for an ideal balance. You can install ICW plates in tandem with NIJ 0101.06 Type IIIa soft armor inserts.
The ideal plate thickness is between 0.7” (18mm) and 1.1” (28mm).
Make sure the size of the plate matches the size of the vest.
You may, if necessary, place smaller plates in larger vests, but this is not recommended both because of the decreased protection area and the fact that the plate will move during usage.

You can install any type of chest rig or additional gear to this vest. But, to ensure the best performance, we recommend using only UARM™ gear.
