Due to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions as well as the increased volume of shipments, there might be some delays in processing and delivery. Although we are doing everything in our power to deliver your order as fast as possible, it might take slightly longer than usual for safe delivery.

If you want to check the current status of your delivery you can visit the Order Status page on the website by entering the email you used to order and your 6-digit order number.

We greatly appreciate your patience and are doing everything in our power to fulfill your order as soon as possible, and apologize for any and all inconvenience that this delay may have caused you.


SHIPPING

We ship to all states within the US and most countries around the globe.

We ship from two of our warehouses:

1) The US warehouse is based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

For domestic shipping, we choose between UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS operators, based on the time and rate they offer for each specific order.

Shipments to APO locations are considered domestic regardless of the location of your deployment.

2) The International warehouse is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

For all shipping, we use Ukrposhta, and it transfers the parcels to the local shipping company after it passes the border.

STOCK

When you see the stock status of the product In Stock it means we will ship it to you immediately the same or the next day from the US warehouse.

If it is Backorder (ETA) it means the product is on its way to the US warehouse to be shipped from there, or we would send it from the International warehouse.

The lead time of Backorder indicates when we expect to be able to deliver the products to you depending on your location. For more specific ETA you will be able to inquire at [email protected].


PARCELS

If your order contains both In Stock and Backorder products, it means you would receive several parcels. We will provide you with the tracking number of each. You can request to receive your order in a single package at the time the Backorder items are ready. In this case, you will need to contact us via email at [email protected] and leave the order number and name, after which we will comply with the request.

Expedited shipping is only possible for manual orders where the ETA will be arranged by your dedicated account manager.

We continuously work on having all products in stock in the US warehouse.


TRACKING

The tracking number for your shipment will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For updates on the progress of your order, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

COST

Shipping cost depends on the total quantity and weight of the products. You would see the final total shipping cost on the Shipping page at Checkout.

The minimum shipping cost is $10.
