We design our body armor and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’re here for you. We have a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy which means that we will accept all returns if the returning is applied within a 30 day period from the order date. Whether you will receive a refund or store credit is determined by the following provisions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders and do not refund any shipping fees or costs, including those for the initial order and to ship the product back to us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and may only be returned for store credit.
If your item has been opened or you do not have the original packaging, we can offer you only a store credit in the amount of the price paid for the product. The store credit can be used only on our site to purchase other items. We cannot and have no obligation to refund any balance of store credit to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any refund or store credit, whichever applicable, to the gift giver.
To return your product, we would provide you the address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You are responsible for all costs related to shipping.
